Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action July 24, 2015 - I keep getting automated calls that they will contact the Attorney Generals office and file a warrant on me. They have contacted family out of state saying I have a legal matter to take care. When talking to a person on the phone I requested verification of debt and I stated I was not giving my credit card information to a stranger over the phone, she then told me she could not help me and legal action would be taken. I hung up the phone and she called back seven more times in a row after I requested to not be contacted again. ... |

They told me they were an installment loan place. the lady told me i was going to be charged with a misdemeanor and go to jail as well get sued. she got very nasty with me yelling at me and reading stuff off of my credit report. she called me at my place of business i asked her not to and she said they could do whatever they want.
