Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm November 6, 2015 - When this collection agency first contacted me ( -/-/- ) about an alleged $180.00 debt from -, I immediately sent a debt validation request ( -/-/- ), requesting bills, contract, etc. They did NOT send me any of the requested information, but they did stop calling and writing me for exactly 1-year. Now, *E-ACTLY* ONE-YEAR later to the day ( -/-/- ), they mailed me another letter, and are calling me again ( - times a day ). This is without providing any of the validation requested in -/-/-. What is more disturbing is that they changed their name from - - to Div... |
