Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy October 26, 2016 - Kansas Counselors continues to show a medical bill on my credit report that is in collections and last reported -/-/2016. They have been notified by the courts that this was included in a chapter - Bankruptcy that was confirmed -/-/2016. I have made multiple attempts via email to have them remove this from my credit report as a current collection account. This is making my score - points less than the other credit report. They do not respond via phone or email. I have also given them my attorney 's name - - and phone number -. They continue to ignore my complaints. Please he... |
