Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy October 1, 2015 - I have filed for Chapter - and was granted a discharge of all debts, including an Auto loan from Ally Financial. They are still reporting this loan as delinquent to a number of credit reporting agencies. Did send them a letter to stop reporting on this debt, but they will not comply. ... |
