July 25, 2016 - Dear Sir : The debt collector is fraudulently attempting to collect debts ( which have been cleared in bankruptcy in - 2013 ) by bundling old debt with a new debt collection request. My insurance company ( - ) is supposed to pay the charges indicated for certain services in the amount of $100.00, $40.00, $120.00, $120.00 as the deductible has been met.
