There were mistakes in it found after the foreclosure. They asked us to sign another promissory note. We declined. BofA never made any attempt to collect the debt for 4 years. My ex partner filed bankruptcy and the debt was not listed even though he double checked with - to be sure. Last year, after four years of the debt not being pursued, - sold the debt to Real Time Solutions, a debt collector. They have been trying to collect the debt from me.
