The informed me that the debt was a breach of contract and that was being sued and was in legal trouble for this situation.... |

Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt April 23, 2015 - Called all of my family members they could find and gave them a number that is no longer in service. When I did receive there call personally they told me they were going to sue me for debt that I do n't owe and which is probably ten years old. They refused to take my lawyers information or give me any information to contact them. ... |
