CNG Financial Corporation Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft July 6, 2015 - For over - years, debt collections appears on my report. I have no idea how i loaned money that I 've never seen. These loan companies eventually kept throwing the account into debt collectors which keep harassing me with phone calls during my duty. The debt collectors appear to throw my account into other debt collectors. I reported identity theft to the IRS and they gave me a pin for tax purpose. I disputed online with no resolve.
