Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt June 24, 2015 - The collector contacted people around me who has no idea that I owe money, and they are people who are my family member and my friend who has nothing to deal with my personal life. They stated who they are, but then when ask for more detail, they just keep asking to speak with me. My sister has told them not to contact any other third parties other than myself, yet they tried to contact my ex room mate the next day. ... |
