Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt September 28, 2016 - I had recently agreed with FAMS to a payment deal on my student loanl, and had already begun paying the amount agreed upon. They assured the agreement was settled and nothing could void it. They also collected the payments I had submitted. When I went to pay this month, I could no longer login on the internet to pay through the account number they had given me. When I called to pay by phone, they had told me that - took my debt back and sold it to another debt collector. I asked how that could be, and the man could not answer me. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt May 24, 2015 - I asked for a validation of the alleged debt this was back in - and they have yet to comply. They have defaulted on my Administrative process, I sent a cease and desist letter, they then sent all correspondence to a third party which is an attorney. But they have not validated the alleged debt, and this attorney and I do not have a contract, he is not licensed in my state of -, he is in -. I have all letters that they sent me as well as the attorney. I have a copyright for the name in -. ... |
