I had a procedure that came with $100.00 copay. I paid by charging my credit card in advance of the procedure at their prompting. The procedure and payment were -/-/2015.I received a collection letter for the item on - -, 2015 from their collection agent AMO Recoveries . I was never contacted by - about the lack of payment prior to this letter from the collection Agent.
