I did not have my insurance card on me at the time but I called in the following week with the information. I was insured and have been insured for the last 10 years with - -. I later learned - - hospital sent my bill of $2600.00 to Capio Partners which is a debt collection agency. I have made multiple attempts to contact Capio partners with my insurance information and contacted health net to see why the debt is in collections.
