Bank of America Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action attempted to/collected exempt funds July 18, 2015 - I was sent an unsolicited credit card from Bank of America -/-/-. Shortly after, I was laid off from my job due to the economy and was unable to find a job for over a year so I used the card for gas & food during that time. I soon fell behind in the payments and most of the card debt was late payments and penalties.
