Real Time Resolutions Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action attempted to/collected exempt funds June 8, 2015 - This debt is from 2011, a loan from a check cashing company. I became permanently - in 2011 and was laid off not too long after that, When I went into the -, was informed they would not accept cash but illegally debited my bank account and had not given them access for EFT, I was turned over to this same agency and filed a complaint with the FTC and the case against the agency was won and the amount was supposed to been forgiven.
