Enhanced Recovery is attempting to collect upon a fraudulent debt and listing the account illegally on my credit reports. They received correspondence from me via certified mail -/-/2018, -/-/2018, -/-/2018 and -/-/2018. They have refused to reply with validation and have broken 209 CMR 18.17 in that they are illegally reporting under their own name to the bureaus. This account needs to be immediately removed from my credit reports.
