FHA mortgage Incorrect information on your report Alabama

I lost my job two years ago and took advantage of the Alabama Hardest HIt program where they will pay your mortgage for one year. I was assured in a three-way phone conversation by both Hardest Hit Alabama rep and SWBC rep who works with these types of programs that this would not negatively effect my credit. I was concerned when i first went through the application payment because the end of the month would come and they hadn't paid it so I would pay it to keep it current and they told me to stop paying it, late payments under these programs would not be reported to my credit. This fall, the Hardest Hit program made three late payments, I believe on over 60 days late and two over 30 days late. This was reported on my credit and now my score has dropped drastically and I am having my credit card companies cancel cards on me. I filed a dispute with the credit agency, who told me I had to also file one with the mortgage company, which I did via a letter and also email. I received a letter from them last week assuring me it was under investigation. Yesterday, -/-/-, I received a second letter from SWBC stating that the found the information to be accurate and are not going to fix this. This puts me in great jeopardy as I have started a business and my money is tied up and until it becomes liquid, I am dependent on credit cards - which I have always made my payments to all of them, mortgage included ON TIME!!! Please help me! I'm going under! My retirement is at stake here! Please help!!!
