FHA mortgage Trouble during payment process Illinois

I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : 180 days past due as of -/-/- to -/-/- 90 days past due as of -/-/- 60 days past due as of-/-/- 30 days past due as of -/-/-, -/-/-,-/-/-I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. How can you report me late so many times when I have records of paying?
