Harris & Harris, Ltd. Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls California

For approximately the past 3 months I have been receiving recorded phone calls from Harris & Harris, a debt collection agency ( that is stated in the recording ), instructing me to call a number with a - area code. My name is never mentioned, nor is the reason for the call. They call at various times throughout the day or evening. Sometimes they skip a week, other times they call 3 or 4 times in a week. On one occasion they actually called 3 times in the same day! I am on the " do not call '' registry but obviously to no avail. Thanks for your assistance.
