Received a loan I didn't apply for Michigan

This debt is not mine ( Midwest Recovery Systems ) and my identity has been stolen by this company operating under the name of - - -


- at least twice now. The first time I paid them because their phone calls were abusive and threatening ; this was in - . In the past years I have had numerous abusive, vulgar and threatening phone calls from this same company. I have filed 3 Police Reports regarding the phone calls and my most recent stolen identity with this company. I have also contacted the Attorney General, - - regarding the numerous times this company has threatened me and E-TORTED money from me. In researching this company I found out that Midwest Recovery Systems works with - - - and - - - is outlawed in many states including New York and Washington state. There are numerous complaints filed online regarding this company and how they threaten to arrest, prosecute, show up at your house, call you vulgar names ( they called me a " - '' and a " - '' ). I 'm TERRIFIED! THIS MUST BE TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT REPORTS, PLEASE HELP!
