Received a loan I didn't apply for Michigan
This - - company is not licensed as a payday loan lender in the state of Michigan. I advised them that this was fraudulent and they continue to harass me via telephone. They now have turned this over to
- - - - . - - - - Neveda - Phone - - - . Allied Collections has reported this to the Credit Bureaus as an unpaid account. Allied Collections is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They have not attempted to contact me and verify if this is a valid debt. They chose to report directly to the Credit Bureau. This does not belong to me and who would agree to the extremely high interests rates. This is a predatory lending agency and attempts to bully people. They are not licensed to operate as a payday lender in Michigan. I spoke with - , ID - today. This is the first time I spoke with someone from Allied Collections and I was th e one ini tiating the call. I explained to - the information above as well.
