Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low South Carolina

I have bee writing the consumer complaint department about a bank issue with - - - and Wells Fargo Wachovia . when i got my - settlement in -/-/2011 I put - and - at - - - and - at Wells Fargo. there was - dollars stolen from - - - and - stolen from Wells Fargo. I tried to take Wells Fargo to magistrate court in -, SC and - - - I filled out complaints at BBB, Consumer Affairs, FTC and CFPB. In light of what has happen in the past months or so there has been a CLASS Action law suit filed on both banks both for consumer FRAUD, - - - was for mortgage Fraud and Wells Fargo FRAUD was about consumer false accounts and credit card issue, both is what has happen to me but still yet no one is willing to help me get my money back. i have been very


all of which i have to seen along with this complaint. If someone could just take a look at my paper work you can see how they access my account and took my money. i have filled out affidavit and numerous complaints. I am hopeful to think that since what has happen with other court actions that there may be a chance for me to try again to get my money back.You can see from paper work that someone maybe a person whom work at the bank access my account by using the people whom were drafting from my account for my monthly car insurance draft and my monthly renters insurance fee, they went in took the money from there and left - amount .if someone could take interest in letting me know how i could have got in on the class action law suit or if someone at the CFPB could become interested enough to point me in the right direction or if its just a loss cause at this point. I have been complaining about since it happen and i also notify the Social Security - Office..- - - - -, SC - -.
