Citibank Credit card department,
The creditor violated the Fair Credit Billing Act. I previously notified the creditor that I did not receive statements from - through - due to an incorrect address which I notified the creditor of several times in writing and over the phone. The creditor did not respond to my complaint as requested and have incurred two 30 day delinquencies as a result.I contacted Citibank and spoke with a representative named - who concurred with me.The representative also advised me that online access was canceled without my knowledge or authorization.
