Incorrect information on credit report Account status Virginia
The company, -, refuses to update my Transunion account correctly. - of my old school loans from -/-/-, that were both consolidated and transferred to another lender in -/-/-, are still showing as OPEN on my credit report. These loans are from -/-/- AND -/-/-. I have called - and Transunion, but they do nothing. It is getting reported correctly on -, so, - needs to call and fix it with Transunion. I have already didputed it before, and - did nothing more than add a remark on my account saying payment deferred, Which is incorrect and illegal.
