Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine New Jersey

I have been disputing multiple fraudulent accounts on my credit reports with -, - and Transunion to no avail. I have sent in verifiable proof multiple including identity theft affidavit and police reports, yet the credit report agencies have not deleted this information in over a year of multiple dispute attempts over the past two years. They continue to state that these accounts have been verified by the creditor but when I ask for proof of verification, they never send the proof to me to validate there results. These are all fraudulent accounts! I am in process of filing a lawsuit against these reporting agencies if they do not delete these accounts. I have been harmed by their misrepresentation and my credit has been destroyed.
