Best Buy CITI Card Member since -. Debt protection ( - ) charges of $1400.00 since - I canceled plan and ask for a refund in -/-/-. Refunded $37.00. I have called 3 time since to request a refund that more fairly reflects the false charges for a service I have no recollection of signing up for. I have asked 3 times for proof that I signed up for this service when I became a member and they have not sent me anything.
