Citibank Credit card department,
The card is Best Buy. In -/-/- I made a purchase. The purchase agreement was for extended payments until -/-/-. I paid each month $100.00 when my fee was only $ -- $27.00 I was charged Late FEES! of $ -.For a total of $60.00! I paid the balance off without late fees in -/-/-. I then made a regular purchase on -/-/- for $470.00. When I received my statement, Best Buy says I owe -! I tried calling them to clear this up. I spoke to - people from a foreign country who could barely speak English! .When I asked for the United States - they gave me to another foreigner who spoke better English and said they were from Idaho ! I do not know what is going on at this Best Buy credit card company, but it is not right. I will not pay charges I did not incur or owe. I paid my bill in full. Why am I still accrual charges? This is fraud by Best Buy credit card. Then they called me back after I told them I was at work! Why would they do that? I am not in arrears. The number that phoned back was : -. According to -, that area code is in Tennessee. Why are they telling me they are in Idaho? I ask you to look into this matter and find out why I am being charged an extra $59.00?
