I sent a mobile payment of $1000.00 via email to my Aunt using my Bank of America account and it was routed to a closed - account. After reaching out to both Bank of America and - to get the matter rectified Bank of America informed me that - would not be returning my money. When my aunt called - to get the information they tell her that they can not go into the account because it is closed, Yet when I called - they ask for my aunts information to look into the account.
