Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result New York
I had disputed with Transunion to remove a paid New York State tax lien from my credit report. I had cited a tort under New York General Business Law, Fair Credit Reporting Act Article 25 Section 380-j ( b ) ( 3 ) ( f ) ( 1 ) ( iv ) : ( f ) ( 1 ). I had written to transunion a certified letter along with proof of payment and gave them 30 days to remove it from my record. I received no response from Trans Union via mail and had no help when calling on the phone. I was promised call backs etc with no proof being provided to me of investigation etc.
