Citibank Credit card department,
Citi.com ( their Costco product ) I disputed a charge. They appropriately credited my account - then inexplicably put the charge back on my account. Their customer service department says it will take 6 months? They are still charging me the full amount ( - ) on my monthly statements and say there is nothing they can do.
