In my first letter dated -/-/- I asked Transunion to remove a - mortgage loan because the balance is - the account opened -/-/- has had no payments since -/-/-. This is over 7 years and must be deleted from my Transunion credit report. They responded by not removing the item and not giving me any reasons. In my second letter I asked eight specific questions, and to date have not received any answers. Three months is too long a time to not received any answers. Please ask them to removed this from my credit report.
