Citibank Credit card department,
I was a sears credit card holder for over 25 years until today. 2 years ago i moved, and requested an address update with my new mailing address. I use an auto-debit payment to pay my bill, and never really gave much thought to it until i was in sears recently and for the 4th or 5th time, again requested an update to my mailing address. I finally got my first statement today, after 2 years ... to see sears has been charging me a " Late Fee '' on every month for at least a year, more likely longer. $37.00 a month, hidden and blamed as my auto debit posted to them on the - ... .1 day after my due date. could n't see this, they would n't fix my address, Customer Service refused to take these unreasonable fees off my account, leaving me with only 1 option. Close the account and start complaining to outlets like this to try to get it resolved.
