Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Signed up for Synchrony Bank credit card from - -, as a promotion, and after setting up Auto Pay, they disabled it, claiming it was n't a valid checking account, and made no effort to report an error and instead sent it to collections. Spoke on the phone and told me their policy is to not make any calls to account holders. Only way I knew of the error was from their next months statement saying I have n't been paying. Their system has changed other info as well. Went onto their site and upon logging in, I had to supply them with my email, claiming they did not have one on file. They clearly had it to send me my statements. Got nowhere over the phone. I have the name and employee ID of the woman I spoke with that I can supply.
