Incorrect information on credit report public record
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Public record Pennsylvania
I wrote to Transunion in regards to an entry listed on my credit report which I have previously disputed and requested to have removed. After disputing the public record, I was told that the public record was accurate and verified and it is still listed on my credit report. I wrote to the - Bankruptcy court and they wrote me back stating that they do not verify any bankruptcy information to have put on credit reports. If I have a bankruptcy, then it should be on record at the BANKRUPTCY COURT and nowhere else that may be untrue and CAN NOT BE VERIFIED.How did they verify that the bankruptcy public record on my credit report is accurate if the - Bankruptcy Court stated that they do not report or verify to credit reporting agencies with any information relating to any bankruptcy cases? Attached is a copy of the letter I received back from the - Bankruptcy Court supporting my position. I want this inaccurate and unverified bankruptcy public record removed from my credit report file immediately because the public record is INCORRECT, INACCURATE AND UNVERIFIABLE since it could NOT have been verified since there is no way to verify it.
