Citibank Credit Card Complaint

I have been a costumer with best buy for many years lately I have noticed that even buy doubling my minimum payment the balance did no budge much I went to take a look at where my interest rate was and I found out the interest rate was no were to be found on the credit card website all what is shown is my minimum payment and the balance. I called Citi as they are the ones who issue the best buy credit card, they told me that my interest rate was in the statement if i chose to download it. After I downloaded the statement I found out to my surprise that my interest rate was not there either. I am at this point assuming that the Interest rate is not made obvious to keep the customer unaware of the outrageous 25 % + .. interest rate.


I take full responsibility for not being aware of the interest rate, but I hold Citi responsible too for not making it obvious when I login to my account. The least that should take place is for citi to make the interest rate as obvious to see as the minimum payment and balance. I am also attaching the statements I downloaded in three formats that were available. Thank you
