Citibank Credit card department,
I have - credit cards with Citi which I 've paid in full every month since opening the accounts. A couple months ago Citi did not apply the entire amount of my payment to one of my credit cards, but they took the entire amount of my check out of my checking account. The difference is about $1000.00. I 've contacted them three times ( each time I get my monthly statement ) to correct the problem. Each time they said they would correct the problem, but they never follow through on their statements. I have continued to pay my accounts in full each month ( less the approximately $1000.00 I do n't owe ) and they continue to add interest and reflect an inaccurate balance on my account.
