Bank of America Credit card department,
I used my Bank Of America CC last - for paying my tax bill. I did the check that gave me 0 % interest, I proceeded to go on line and setup and automatic bill paying. from there I do not know what went wrong, whether I put the wrong date in or the system did. So the bill is due on the - of each month - - and my scheduled payment goes in on the -. I have never seen a notice come to me either by email or by US mail that I was considered late. They continued to charge me a late fee of $37.00. ea month until today -/-/- as I received my email indicating my bill is due the -. So I went in and reviewed it, it looked like my auto pay was on, then I looked at the pdf of the monthly statement : late fee - payment -. So I called the number on my statement explained not sure why this was setup this way and please credit back the late fee 's that have totaled $330.00. I escolated it to a manager as the person could not assist, he only credited one month. I asked why is it that I have never been notified I was late on a payment, he pretty much said it was my responsibility to pay on time..I am not happy that Bof A has taken no steps to contact me since LAST year on this, ,I 'm not sure what to do now to get my late fee 's credited back. thank you
