Citibank Credit card department,
When signing in with customer service representatives over the phone for auto payment they got my bank account wrong .after that because I was out of country and could not manage all accounts I got a late payment on my credit report.i never had any late payments ever.now this is affecting my score with bad impact.when I find out this I made a payment immediately but did n't help
