Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Was not receiving statements in the mail. Payments were being sent with statement. I had called to see about reversing late charges and offered to pay the initial purchases but was told only half could be taken off. I have since paid the balance in full including all the late fees and fincance charges and interest. I want it cleared from my credit history.
