or your information I also submitted this complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. I ordered - products online from the merchant ( - ). The cost per product is only $4.00 each. I was made to believe that this is the amount i have to pay for each product. But when the bill statement came, I have to pay $92.00 for each product ( 2 - ) and $97.00 for each ( 2 - ). I would NOT have agreed to pay those amounts if only I knew the merchant has indeed truthfully posted the terms and conditions before the checkout. I filed a dispute to the Citi Cards company. But The Citi Cards company has informed me that they are unable to assist me with the dispute due to the terms and conditions of the merchant ( - ) prior to the checkout. But the truth of the matter is that there are no terms and conditions Prior to the final checkout or placing the order. I was misinformed. I did not attempt to cancel tjis transaction because I was made to believe this is only a one-time purchase. I did not dispute the original charge because i was


cost of it. The merchant will not acknowledge it that I returned those - products even If I have the U.S postal receipt because they told me I did not inform them before i returned. I tried to convince the credit card company not to allow the merchant to charge me because i was misled and misinformed by the merchant. But Citi Cards decided to favor the merchant for they received the papers from the merchant stating that I agree to the terms and conditions prior to placing the order. I told them It was a lie. If they check the website, the merchant did not post the terms and conditions before placing the order. I told them the papers they sent was fake and false. There was no Terms and Conditions that were posted online Prior to the purchase or prior to the checkout. I told the Citi Cards billing dispute department, they can check it for themselves if what the merchant said was true or not. But they ignored me. I told the Citi Cards that I am not paying those charges even if they already made the decision because the merchant 's practice is questionable and their procedure is unethical and irresponsible.
