Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Georgia

my mortgage was transferred over to SLS back in -/-/2016 I was previously with - I never received information from SLS until I notify them however every time I 'm trying to call them I can never get an answer and I would like for someone to call me. I have actually stayed on the whole for 30 minutes without reaching an operator.
