I logged onto my Bestbuy account to make a payment and noticed a deferred payment for - dollars for Life Insurance. So I called CitiBank who is the creditor for my best buy credit card and they said that I have been paying .- cents for every $100.00 dollars on my account since 2007. I had no idea about this and then I asked them how much have they taken from me in this time frame and the customer service rep said - Dollars. So I told them to cancel my protection plan, in which I did not sign up for anyways and that I want my full refund of whatever they took. No resolution has been made as of yet and it 's been a month later.
