This is a response to my case # -. I do get the decision on cashing a third party check. I was hoping the bank could make a more humanized choice but they have policies that I get. I do however have a huge problem in US Bankcorps response which was not accurate what so ever. They stated I attempted to deposit my check at - branch ... NOT TRUE It was - as in my claim. They stated after the check was returned I took it to - branch and bank staff refued. That is a total LIE. that never happened I have never been to that branch. Lets get this right. I went to the - branch to see if the check was real..like I stated in my complait. The teller took a copy and was to phone me back, which after three days of no response I then deposited it in my ATM. In banks response it says management informed me not to deposit.NOT TRUE. I was the one after the check was returned to call the supervisor who I had to call 3 times before my call was returned. She then told me about not being able to cash a third party check. I want acknowledgement from the bank it is their duty to get the story straight and not make I seem I deposited the check after being told not to. The part about me take the check to - branch or any branch to cash is a lie. This response makes me sound like a person who is not reputable, so US BANK COPRS get your story straight before sending back totally inaccurate stories.
