Citibank Credit card department,
Received credit card statement from Citi - which is a Costco Anywhere Card. Nowhere in - PAGES of the bill, could I find where it states who I should make my check payable to. - call : She said Citi Cards then I was disconnected ( my fault ). I called back, another said Citi or Citi -. I explained that I wanted something in writing to say E-ACTLY who I should make my check out to. She wanted my full SS #, my complete name and address, and my account number and full date of birth. I would n't give her that so she said she could n't pull up my account. Transferred to Supervisor - ( - ) who said I should make my payment to Citi Bank. Again, wanted all my info so I could get something in writing as to where as to whom I should be making my payments to. I would like to know why a major financial institution is not practicing normal business and financial protocol. If I were running a business, I would be so grateful to a customer pointing out such a glaring omission on my invoices. I hope Citi, or whoever I 'm supposed to make my payments to, appreciates my feedback and gets this corrected.
