Experian Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info California
- conducted an unauthorized credit check which was discovered and retracted from - credit agencies. However it is still appearing on my Experian credit report. I am a student studying abroad. I am unable to send/receive US mail presently, and the Experian website is not allowing me to file an electronic dispute, perhaps because I am using a computer abroad? It 's unclear why I am unable to access the dispute form through the Experian website on my computer, which continues to generate a security error. Because there is no fax, telephone, or email method for filing the dispute I am at present unable to follow-up with Experian for the correction to my credit history. Please inform how this can be corrected because I am unable to proceed with information that Experian has provided on the website or by telephone contacts. Thank you in advance for your help. Sincerely, -
Experian customer in California
