I have - related " hard '' inquiries on my credit report from " Factual Data '' relating to a sub prime business loan with - - -. - inquiry on - - 2016, and the other on - - 2016. This loan has been paid in full. I advised this company repeatedly to not procure credit status inquiries from me using this method but to use the more customary " soft '' inquiry method thus not impacting my credit score. They ignored my repeated requests, However a - inquiry on or about - 2016 was removed as a result of a complaint I made to CFPB.
