Citibank Credit card department,
My credit card was charged 2 times by a company called -. I disputed both charges with the credit card and the credit card ruled that I should have to pay - because - offered to refund - charge. I never agreed with - 's pay 1/refund 1 offer and was never told why both charges were not refunded. In the dispute itself, I made a downpayment for 2 - - tours that were both 6+ months away. Several days later, my wife called and wrote many times to ask for a refund for both 2 tours. - never provided any service or value for my money and only reserved the - tours for - business days. I should get a full refund for both tours OR I should be shown where it is written that - may keep my downpayment in this circumstance.
