US Bank was dishonest with both the CFPB and myself in their correspondence dated -/-/2017. US Bank wrote " Each time you contact our Cardmember Service Department we provide a message that states your call may be monitored or recorded for quality purposes '' US Bank was dishonest with all people who call US Bank as it claims it is using recorded calls for " quality purposes '' when US Bank is allegedly using the calls for fraud investigation. If US Bank stated that calls may be recorded, that would encompass all uses, but US Bank, in writing, and on recorded lines did not make that claim and is using the calls for other purposes. US Bank also was dishonest with the CFPB and myself when on -/-/2107 they wrote " You ( sic ) correspondence also indicates that you have requested that we provide you with video surveillance of the transactions that you had previously claimed as fraud. '' I can find no such records of any correspondence.
