Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Texas

Experian reinserted the - - - Account to my credit report. I have not received notice from this collection agency. They did not send me a dunning letter informing me that they were attempting to collect a debt. This is in direct violation of my consumer rights. Experian did not notify as well within 5 days of reinserting this item. This item should be deleted immediately.
