Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
My account was marked 30 days past due. I never received a past due notice and never got a call from the company to notify me that my payment was missed. The company told me at some point I opted out of contact. Having worked in - for 10 years I have NEVER missed a payment and would NEVER opt out of communications for reasons like this.
