Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I signed up with a Amazon card using Synchrony Bank. My first electronic email from them was a statement that I had a late fee of $25.00. Amazon immediately assigned the card, but I did not get the first statement. Synchrony waived the fee and I thought the card was canceled. Somehow a $3.00 charge went through. I was charged interest and a late fee again. This seems to be a modus operandi for Synchrony. Moving to electronic billing - missing emails and charging fees.
